I have been self-harming (pricking, scratching, cutting) off and on since i was 14 so almost 14 years

needle, safetly pin, ravorblade,fingernails

Where (place) do you cut (school, home, etc.)?
Everywhere, If I got the urge I would find a private place and self-harm

Do you have to wear long-sleeves & long-pants all the time?
I have but not all the time

Do you cut on your stomach, or chest?
I have, but I always perfered my left arm

Are your legs, arms, & other body parts covered in scars?
Left arm

What’s your favorite excuse to use when someone asks about a cut?
I don't have one. I just say I was having a bad day.

Have you ever been hospitalized because of your cutting?
I have been in short-term treatment 3 times (not only for cutting)

6 months and 4 days ago

Off the top of your head, about how many scars do you have?
I have no idea. I am blind so I do not know what cuts scared and which ones didn't

Do you have (diagnosed) depression, and/or bipolar/bpd?
depression, anxiety, conversion disorder, psychosis

Who knows you cut?
Family and friends. If someone asks, I am honest, and will tell them

Have you ever been caught cutting?
Never during, always after the fact

Have your parents ever confronted you about a bloody sleeve, or towel?
No

Did you have a good childhood?
I guess

Why do you cut?
To me it's like I'm letting out the pain (or anxiety), it's a rush, it takes my mind off of my other problems

Have you ever talked to a therapist or counselor?
Yes

Do you want to stop cutting (but can’t because of addiction)?
Permanetly, Yes.  I have been self-harm free for 6 months and 4 days.

Do you like cutting?
I love it

How many times have you tried to commit suicide?
Never, but I have thought about it

What are your views on cutting, and other self-injury?
If you can stop. Stop. Its a terrible addiction.

Do you like watching movies with self-injury?
Never seen one

Do you like looking at pictures of self-injury?
I did when I still had my vision

Do you sometimes envy other people (non-self-injurers)
Yes.

I perfer silence

Yes, usually a couple times a week

What do you use to bandage your cuts?
bandaids or nothing. I would just blot till it clotted.
